Online Relationship Specialist and Licensed Professional Counselor, Resident
I know. You most likely have heard this before, but it is true. I have always been drawn to compassionately listening, providing guidance and helping others to know that there are solutions to any difficulties they may be facing.

I invite you to reach out, contact me to explore if my approach is a good fit for individual or couples therapy. Being authentic, present and compassionate are my key personal values, as well as providing trauma-informed & trauma-focused therapy.  There are many paths to healing and I’m here to facilitate your journey by guiding you into the body, mind and heart of your story and what you’re needing to understand, repair, reconcile and change. Again and again, I have seen how in our work together, my clients show strength and a wonderful capacity for insight, healing and growth. It is those “aha” moments and the inherent potential for change that I find so rewarding.

I work with clients who have a strong desire to understand, explore and face their personal issues and relationship difficulties. Whether just starting, or at some other stage of therapy, most of my clients have issues and concerns related to trauma and PTSD and the damage done over the course of many years, including; chronic shame, depression, anxiety, relational difficulties, grief, anger, emotional pain and unhappiness. When our work together is completed, you will have resolution and a new perspective to the issues and concerns that bother you.

I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) with specialized training in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR). Other supportive modalities include Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Interpersonal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness. Treatment is applicable for military family members (I am a Navy wife), couples, and individuals, ages 18-85.
